Our journey began with a road trip across India — visiting over 25 pyrolysis plants to understand the waste-to-fuel sector from the inside. Beyond the technical inefficiencies, we witnessed the harsh reality: hazardous working conditions, toxic emissions, and communities living next to landfills with no voice.
We realized the solution wasn't just better hardware — it was intelligence. By combining chemical engineering with machine learning, we founded CarbonM Fuelmax to build an integrated platform for reliable circular fuel production from landfill-bound plastics.
Today, we're building Oleum V1 and Alkanalyze — a conversion platform paired with a process intelligence layer — to turn non-recyclable plastic waste into consistent circular fuel/feedstock for ships and heavy industry.
